To further increase buyer's confidence, we have a money-back guarantee in place. If you prepare with our products and do not pass the examination, we offer a refund. To facilitate this process and protect our loyal customers, we have established a refund policy, which we openly share with all our customers and visitors for their best interest.
Payment Refund Procedure
Our payment refund procedure is simple. We require the following information from you:
1. A scanned copy of your Result/Score Report to verify that you have taken the exam.
2. The order number of the products you purchased from us.
3. Email us at [email protected] for refund requests.
Once the necessary information is provided, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive a repayment of funds or be advised to consider another product that may help you pass your exam. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Payment Refund Policy
To protect ourselves from fraudulent claims and to maintain the Money Back Guarantee for our loyal customers, we have certain conditions in place:
1. If you fail the test within 7 days of purchase, we will not refund the full payment fee. One week is not sufficient time to thoroughly study all the questions and answers.
2. It is recommended to take the test within one month of purchasing our products. If you fail the test within one month, we will refund the full payment fee upon receiving the score report via email within 1 working day. If you fail the test after one month, you can only wait for an update on the purchased products for one year. We will not refund the full payment fee in this case.
3. If you purchase a bundle or multiple products in one order and fail one of them, we will only refund the payment fee for the failed test.
4. If a friend or other related person fails the test with the product you purchased, we will not refund the full payment fee. Only when you fail the test, we will refund the full payment fee upon receiving the score report via email within 1 working day.
5. Our software version is free, so we will not refund any payment for issues related to the software version.
6. The refund policy does not apply to certain vendors such as HP, VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, Huawei, Salesforce, DELL EMC, and Fortinet. These vendors frequently change their exam questions. If you fail their exams, you can choose to receive an update or switch to two different exams for free.
7. If you obtained the product at a reduced price or received it for free, you are not eligible for a refund.
8. We only refund the payment made through our website and do not refund any exam fees.
